This is a copy of stock image for the HTC Thunderbolt with S-ON

1.
place the zip on the root of your sd card
2. rename the zip, PG05IMG
3. Power off The TB
4. Boot into Hboot by pressing Power and Volume down at the same time
5. Follow the instructions given through hboot
Following these instructions will flash the stock image for the HTC Thunderbolt back onto the phone and turn root off.
This is useful in situations were your having to turn your phone back in for warranty issues.
